Shop@DVIJA is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only like FedEx, BlueDart, Ekart, Delhivery, etc within India & for international via DHL.


What are the different Payment modes available? 
There are 3 different modes of payment: 
1. Online Payment using Net Banking, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Wallets via Razorpay Payment Gateway 
2. Online Payment using Credit/Debit Cards via Paypal 
3. Cash On Delivery (Available in most of the places within India except few high risk areas. Not applicable for international shipments.) 


How the delivery charge is calculated? 

Shipping Rates (within India) on Pre-Paid Orders are as follows : 

Weight upto 100gm = Rs. 50

Weight upto 500gm = Rs. 120

Weight upto 1 kg = Rs. 180

Weight upto 2 kg = Rs. 250

Weight upto 3 kg = Rs. 360 

Weight upto 5 kg = Rs. 500

Weight upto 7 kg = Rs. 750

Weight upto 10 kg = Rs. 1000


Shipping Rates (within India) for Cash on Delivery are as follows : 

Weight upto 100gm = Rs. 75

Weight upto 500gm = Rs. 280

Weight upto 1 kg = Rs. 350 

Weight upto 2 kg = Rs. 450 

Weight upto 3 kg = Rs. 550 

Weight upto 5 kg = Rs. 800 

Weight upto 7 kg = Rs. 1200 

Weight upto 10 kg = Rs. 1800


International Shipping:

Shipping rates are different for different countries. Please check the rates at the time of checkout.

No Cash on Delivery option available outside India.


How are taxes charged? 

All product prices are inclusive of taxes within India. For international orders Custom taxes are to be borne by the customer, if applicable. 


How long does it take for an order to arrive? 
Orders are dispatched within 2 days of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 10 working days in India and 10-15 days internationally. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. Make sure that you provide complete valid address with pincode and your full name and phone number at the time of order. 
 If the phone number is incorrect the delivery will not happen.

NOTE : In exceptional circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, unfortunate accidents, unforeseen technical glitches, widespread diseases, natural calamities, government restrictions, transport disruptions, political unrest or festive time, we may not be able to ensure timely delivery. We may require additional time and effort in such cases. However, we assure you that we will do our best to deliver your order at the earliest.
