What are the different Payment modes available?
There are 2 different modes of payment:
1. Online Payment using Net Banking, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Wallets, UPI, Paypal via Razorpay Payment Gateway
2. Cash On Delivery (Available in most of the places within India except few high risk areas. Not applicable for international shipments.) Applicable only on orders below Rs. 10,000
How the delivery charge is calculated?
Shipping charges are weight-based in India.
In case of international Shipping, the rates are different for different countries and also weight based.
Please check the rates in the cart after adding the product in the cart
No Cash on Delivery option available outside India.
How are taxes charged?
All product prices are inclusive of taxes within India. For international orders Custom taxes are to be borne by the customer, if applicable.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 2 days of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 10 working days in India and 10-15 days internationally. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. Make sure that you provide complete valid address with pincode and your full name and phone number at the time of order.
If the phone number is incorrect the delivery will not happen. Also 'Preordered' items which are made-on-order need at least 2-3 weeks for dispatch. Preordered items cannot be cancelled once order is placed.
NOTE : In exceptional circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, unfortunate accidents, unforeseen technical glitches, widespread diseases, natural calamities, government restrictions, transport disruptions, political unrest or festive time, we may not be able to ensure timely deliveries and pickups. We may require additional time and effort in such cases. However, we assure you that we will do our best to deliver or pickup your order at the earliest.
What if I want to cancel/return the product?
